How a Teenager Fell in Love With Healthy Eating : My Journey - Shambavi Dhall

By: Ms. Shambavi Dhall

How I Fell In Love With Healthy Eating does not share healthy recipes or a ton of different nutritional facts as you can already get sufficient information with the click of a button through Google - why bore everyone with more? However, I will still share the most breathtaking facts. Instead of providing nutritional facts, I will ask questions that usually do not come to the mind of the average teen. These questions are meant to trigger and reach the subconscious mind of a teen and force them to start considering the types of foods they put into their bodies. Throughout this book, I will add a dash of nutritional facts to strengthen my arguments....

Prospects for Research Studies in Language Codes

By: VED from Victoria Institutions

There is a huge expanse of information waiting to be explored in the field of language studies. I would say that what waits deciphering would beat even modern science, in its possibilities. A new non-physical reality A new sphere of ‘reality’ has opened up for exploring. This is the world of Software. Even though no one seems to mention this exactly, the truth is that it is a domain from where physical sciences can be seen as bare elementary knowledge. Scope of language research I am going to list out the various kinds of research fields possible for those who are connected to language studies. The list I am going to mention is way beyond that the usual whereabouts of linguistic research. Even though grammar, word construction, pronunciation are all of specific importance in this new arena, there will be definite difference in what they do serve over here, from what they are supposed to do at the ordinary text levels. ...

Bingo!

By: Nicolae Sfetcu, Compiler

A short guide about what is and how to play bingo, the game in United Kingdom, and its major variations. Since its invention in 1934, modern bingo has evolved into multiple variations, with each jurisdiction’s gambling laws regulating how the game is played. There are also nearly unlimited patterns that may be specified for play. Some patterns only require one number to be matched, up to cover-all games which award the jackpot for covering an entire card and certain games award prizes to players for matching no numbers or achieving no pattern. Bingo is often used as an instructional tool in American primary schools and in teaching English as a foreign language in many countries. It became increasingly more popular across the UK with more purpose-built bingo halls. Keno is an important variation of bingo game, often played at modern casinos, and also offered as a game in some state lotteries. Scratchcard is another major variation. The scratchcard is a small token, usually made of cardboard, where one or more areas contain concealed information: they are covered by a substance (usually latex) that cannot be seen through, ...

A Guide to Systematic Readings in the Encyclopaedia Britannica

By: James Baldwin, Ph.D.

The Britannica is a work of reference, and much more: it is a collection of all histories, all biographies, all arts, all litterateurs, and all scientific, professional, and mechanical knowledge; but on account of its comprehensiveness, extending as it does through so many large volumes, it presents such an "embarrassment of riches" that those who consult it fail sometimes to discover all that is suited to their individual needs. It is evident, therefore, that if each reader and patron of this great library can have a guide to point out to him, according to his vocation, the parts that are the most helpful to him, he will be able to systematize his reading or his investigations; and thus, while economizing both time and labor, reach the highest results. The present volume has been prepared for that purpose; and it is believed that, recognizing its helpfulness, the many thousand owners of the Britannica will welcome it as an invaluable addition to their libraries. The plan has been to direct each individual how to draw from this great storehouse of knowledge that which will cover with all desirable completeness the line of work in wh...
