Government Accountability Integrity Reliability Office Collection

Excerpt
Excerpt: At your request, we examined methods for estimating the size and flow of the illegal alien population in the United States. These methods have been improved since our previous report in 1982, providing a narrower range of estimates of the size of the illegal alien population. A number of limitations on the available data remain, however, which hinders more precise estimation.
