Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission (Com+ission) filed its initial Complaint and Application for a Temporary Restraining Order and Other Equitable Relief on March 8, 1999. The Court granted Plaintiffs Application that same day. On April 5, 1999, Defendants Five Star Auto Club, Inc., Michael Sullivan, and Angela Sullivan stipulated to entry of a preliminary injunction. On April 8, 1999, the Federal Trade Commission filed a First Amended Complaint naming Thomas Lee Bewley, Judy E. Bewley and Advance Funding, Inc. as additional Defendants.
