Excerpt
The Working Group wishes to acknowledge, with gratitude, the service and help of the following group of individuals who provided advice from different viewpoints during the period in which the approach leading to the present report was being worked out. The advisors participated in three meetings at NCI with the Working Group and its consultants, often at no little inconvenience to themselves, and read and commented upon several early drafts. While these individuals cannot be held responsible for the report, it is a better product because of the insights they provided.
