Manfred Reyes Villa (born April 19, 1954) is a Bolivian politician. Elected mayor of the city of Cochabamba from 1993 to 2000, Governor of the Department of Cochabamba from 2006 until his unconstitutional removal in 2008 by Evo Morales. He was the second runner in both for the Presidential elections of the Republic in 2002 and 2009.
