The Bible : Old Testament and New Testament

By: Nicolae Sfetcu, Compiler; Nicolae Sfetcu, Editor

At the first God made the heaven and the earth. And the earth was waste and without form; and it was dark on the face of the deep: and the Spirit of God was moving on the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God, looking on the light, saw that it was good: and God made a division between the light and the dark, Naming the light, Day, and the dark, Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day....

At the first God made the heaven and the earth.

Clare of Assisi : A Living Flame of Love

By: John Desmond O'Brien

I used the image of Paul Simon's "Dangling Conversation". This expresses the way we so often fail to meet each other or God. Clare, by her openness, came to know God and in her spiritual friendship brought others into that space where they could find God and themselves. A new conversation was opened up between God and the broken....

The Book

By: Siris Kane; Roman Korvinus, Co-Author

(Revised on 9/2/2016) From the point of view of a hermit, a vagabond, this book uncovers and explains the The Keys of Death and Hades. The very nature of what it represents is a direct contradiction to the teachings of the last two-thousand years. Dissecting pieces from various texts and philosophies, The Book shines a light on the various faces of man, how man resides upon the Earth, and how we as a people treat one another. It is vicious at times, truthful at others, and when all is said and done, an anvil to the soul....

Thomas Jefferson posed a question, “What has been the effect of religious coercion?” His reply was, “To make half the world fools and the other half hypocrites.” Indeed, a true fool one must be to stands before this world and say, “It is our god and no other way, and all others are damned!” —what a pitiful pettiness. With revelations as this, one is all but forced to ask, “Whose god created me? Do we not dwell in the house of the Lord forever? Is this house neither yours, nor yours mine? Do we not stand upon its sands in this very moment, battling over nothing more than the right to expand one’s own conscious?” What, has your heavenly wisdom escaped so soon? ...

What is Truth?: Vav Edition

By: Benjamin Lee Cooper

If you have doubts about how authentic the Bible is, or if God really had it written for us, or if you want to know how the Bible came to us, or if you have deeper curiosities about mathematics, languages that influenced the Bible, or the history relating to the Bible, then this book is for you....

What is the measuring device that says what writings get to be part of the Bible? Do individual people get to tell God “These are the writings I think should be in the Bible, and so these writings are the only thing I need to base my spiritual life on.”? Do you think God is going to accept that? Do you think we get to choose whatever instructions we want to obey from God but we can throw out whatever ones we want and say they are not part of the Bible? Do Corporations or Church denominations get to tell people “We decided that this stack of writings here on this table is all you need to obey, everything else doesn't matter for your spiritual life because we said so, and God will follow what we bind up here on earth.”? Do you think God is going to accept that? Who then gets to decide what writings or books are part of the Bible that we should use as an example to live by? Do I get to decide for everyone? No, No I don't. Who then? I believe that only Yehovah God himself gets to decide, and has decided........

The Pendragon : A Short Story in the Sermon of Black

By: Siris Kane; John Saltz O'Huigin

This is a sermon designed to show the true nature of righteousness and how it effects those to whom we label as outcast.

It is said by none other than, Jesus, that we are the sheep. Interestingly, a first born sheep is called a Firstling. With this I call you back to whom it was that Abel killed, it was in fact—the firstlings. So if we are the sheep, and a firstborn sheep is called a firstling, then it only stands to reason that it was, Kane (original Sumerian spelling), who was attacked by Abel....

Christian Myths?: 3rd Edition

By: Benjamin Lee Cooper

My other books are books that do not deal with much doctrine, whereas this book debunks most of the treasured doctrines of most of Christianity. This book helps the reader to discern some false doctrines among Christianity....

This book is not meant to pick on or make fun of christians. I am saved (born again) and have been since I was five years old. In this book I am going to assume that you have read my book “What is Truth?”. It is not required that you read it, but in that book I cover the major myths like the Aramaic Myth, the Evolution religion, the Nephilim Myth, and many other topics to help the reader to be able to Trust God's Bible, and to know that it is the truth. If you have not read “What is Truth?”, and you are not sure about the accuracy of the Bible, or if you still believe the Aramaic Myth about the Bible, then I suggest that you read my free book “What is Truth?” before reading this book. So in this book I will assume that you trust God's word, and the accuracy of his Bible, and that you know what version is the best. The serpent wants Christians to live in fear and ignorance, and many of the myths I am addressing in this book has cause many Christians much stress, fear, sorrow, or has given them false hopes which could lead to big disappointments. Hopefully God can use this book to free at least some Christians from these things while ...

A Good God : The Human Mind Bears any Heaven and any Hell

By: José Valteno Dos Santos; Carolina Coimbra, Editor

Many gods there are, for whom have eyes to see; in the East and in the West. Dead gods - Mayans, Incas, Aztecs and others; living gods charging dearly for their promises of gifts, and so many gods who are forged at all times and will forged. Here rises this good god, in everything compatible with his powers (omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient) and the expectations of his offspring. Truly, a god is born here who does not need to be evil in order to do good; does not use evil as the reason for his existence and projection, for so much since the first tracings did not allow that the evil inhabited in his circumscription. This is a truly wise god - nor did he let evil come into being. ...

Learning Hebrew From Genesis: Dalet Edition

By: Benjamin Lee Cooper

This is a full grammar teaching of "Biblical" Hebrew from a fluent author in a very unique style. The vocabulary words are specifically selected based on the common words in Genesis chapters 1-4, and the words that are used in the Bible more than 500 times, along with all of the prepositions and other necessary grammar words. I do not believe in asking a student to memorize a word that is used less than 20 times in the Bible, just because it is in Genesis. I do not believe in putting lots of exercises for the student to practice or test themselves with, but instead I ask the student to practice with flashcards and to do their own reading and writing before each lesson. This reduces the size of this book because I don't need an answer section or 2 pages of exercises for each chapter. I do not include a glossary because I have wrote a separate free Hebrew Dictionary 'Counting Roots'. Once a student finishes this book, they will be able to continue learning vocabulary from the rest of the Torah until they are fluent....

1.2 Should I learn Modern or Biblical? The first thing you must decide is if it would be “Modern Hebrew” or “Biblical Hebrew” that you want to learn. Modern Hebrew is not the original Hebrew of creation, its not the original Hebrew of the Garden of Eiden, and its not the original Hebrew that Noach, Avraham, and Yaaqov spoke. There are some added and removed grammar aspects, and many added words that are not in the Biblical Hebrew. If you are going to be spending a lot of time in Israel, then maybe you should learn Modern Hebrew to speak it there. If you will be spending a lot of time reading and studying the Tanakh, then you should probably learn Biblical Hebrew. I don't recommend that you learn both Modern and Biblical at the same time. This is because of the grammar, spelling, and vocabulary differences, you will probably confuse the two often. I suggest that you first master one, then start to learn the other. Start with the one that you need the most first. People who speak Modern Hebrew, and who also can read the Bible, do not differentiate the two languages usually. They think of the Bible as being an outdated form of the la...

The Sufficiency of Christ

By: Pierre Michel Bruneau

This book is a declaration of spiritual warfare, a call to rekindle the fire of the Reformation! Although this battle has been ongoing through many ages, it is time for this generation to know that it must chose which side it will fight on. There can be no peace between Christianity and the religion of the pope! Will you stand for the Reformation and for the gospel of Jesus Christ, or will you capitulate into apostasy?...

We are saved by grace alone, not grace and the power of human free will; but by God’s grace alone! A grace of infinite and eternal power which always accomplishes what it sets out to do, and it never fails! The question is not just was the death of Christ necessary, but is it sufficient to save us from all our sins and completely set us free from the ancient curse? That is the fundamentally crucial and pivotal question that is constantly overlooked in current dialogues about Evangelicals and Roman Catholics together! Most people don’t even realize how different the papist and the biblical teaching on the atonement are! The Roman Catholic Church teaches that the merits of Christ’s life and death as well as the merits of all the saint s are now held in this thing called the treasury of merits. These merits must now be applied to us through human works and sacraments, which is so blasphemous because now, they teach that even the benefits of Christ’s sacrifice and his righteous life must be earned! The Roman Catholic Church teaches that the benefits of Christ’s sacrifice are now withheld from you in a reservoir called the treasury of m...

Enrico el Matamoros : Escrito por Akbal Kan

By: Akbal Kan

The Sufficiency of Christ's Sacrifice

By: Pierre Michel Bruneau

The foundation of the doctrine of sola fide and sola gratia is none other than the finished sacrifice of Christ. This book is meant to challenge the Roman Catholic and indirectly even the Eastern Orthodox teachings concerning salvation. I hope that it will help Protestants defend their faith in an age when apostasy is rampant all around us....

I hope you will come to agree with me that Jesus paid it all on the cross and now our salvation does not rest on our good works or our good deeds. As saint Paul says, “For if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing” (Galatians 2:21). Jesus died entirely in our place and took upon himself the punishment the punishment we deserve. I love the way Cyril of Alexandria says it in the following words, "They led away the author of life to die – to die for our sake. In a way beyond our understanding, the power of God brought from Christ’s passion an end far different from that intended by his enemies. His suffering served as a snare for death and rendered it powerless. The Lord’s death proved to be our restoration to immortality and newness of life. Condemned to death though innocent, he went forward bearing on his shoulders the cross on which he was to suffer. He did this for our sake, taking on himself the punishment that the law justly imposed on sinners. He was cursed for our sake according to the saying of Scripture: “A curse is on everyone who is hanged on a tree.”" Then Cyril emphasizes his point even more b...

Song of Songs of Solomon: A Poetic Interpretation

By: Lindsay Falvey, Ph.D.

The Song of Songs [of Solomon] (שִׁיר הַשִּׁירִים Šîr haŠîrîm, ᾎσμα ᾎσμάτων Aisma Aismatōn, Cantĭcum Canticōrum) is a poetic courtship that moves from enchantment to consummation. Devoid of religiosity, it has traditionally been understood as metaphor for the relationship of the soul with the Divine – of God with Israel – of Christ with the Church – of Christ with the human soul – or humanistically, as a metaphor for psychological integrity. In his 12th century sermon, ‘On the Title of the Book: The Song of Songs’, St. Bernard of Clairvaux’s meditative reading followed the book of Ecclesiastes, which teaches ‘how to … have done with the false promise of this world’, and the book of Proverbs that enlightens ‘your life and your conduct’. He called these two preliminary books antidotes to the two enemies of the soul – ‘misguided love of the world and an excessive love of self’, and he observed that only ‘the mind disciplined by persevering study’ is made ‘ripe … for nuptial union with the divine partner’. His spiritual marriage between the heavenly Bridegroom and the human bride occurs when the two become one, and that one is the ...

A wise man once set down in song, beauty that in nature rests, for which all hearts forever long like dreams deep in maidens’ breasts : The young woman: “My man, your kiss is my mantle your musk clothes me with alarm, allows my guard be more gentle. Oh, who could resist such charm! Oh, let’s elope to foreign parts, and reveal to me your realm; there let us practice lovers’ arts for we’ll both be overwhelmed. Yes, no one could resist such charm! Sisters of our sober town, You see my skin so sunned from farm, its like a richly gilded gown – a noble robe gifting my hue. Though born beyond your boudoir, underneath I’m the same as you. Why look down on my colour, ...

Young Nephi, with the help of his brothers, builds his ship: (Excerpt) And it came to pass that they did worship the Lord, and did go forth with me; and we did work timbers of curious workmanship. And the Lord did shew me from time to time, after what manner I should work the timbers of the ship. Now I, Nephi, did not work the timbers after the manner which was learned by men, neither did I build the ship after the manner of men; but I did build it after the manner which the Lord had shewn unto me; wherefore, it was not after the manner of men. And I, Nephi, did go into the mount oft, and I did pray oft unto the Lord; wherefore, the Lord shewed unto me great things. And it came to pass that after I had finished the ship according to the word of the Lord, my brethren beheld that it was good, and that the workmanship thereof was exceeding fine; wherefore, they did humble themselves again before the Lord. And it came to pass that the voice of the Lord came unto my father, that we should arise and go down into the ship.- And it came to pass that on the morrow, after that we had prepared all things, much fruits and meat from t...

God's Blueprint of the Holy Bible : Volume 1

By: Felix Wantang

You must truly love Jesus Christ to read this book. This is not another Christian book in the market. If you don’t believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, collectively known as the Holy Trinity, then you shouldn’t read this book. When God created everything, it was a manifestation of the blueprint of His divine plan from His Creative Library. Out of that plan came humanity, the Holy Bible, and Salvation through Jesus Christ. Out of that plan God will also surprisingly unleash the End of the Age which is a lot closer than you think. God’s blueprint encapsulated in His son Jesus Christ has never been disclosed to humanity; but as we move closer to the End of the Age, Jesus Christ has decided for the first time in human history to unveil God’s Supernatural Blueprint for Humanity to those who truly love him. The blueprint also contains the step-by-step divine process that leads to the End of the Age. “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” Matthew 7:1...

The Origin of God From time immemorial, the relentless search for the origins of Biblical truth has persistently trapped humanity in an endless loop. Bible critics have come up with all sorts of theories to refute Biblical truth. The most notorious claim is that Jesus Christ was married and even had children. If there is any element of truth in this claim, then that will practically make the Holy Bible completely false. If the Bible is not the truth, then God obviously doesn’t exist. On the other hand, the Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is the image and son of God Himself. “Jesus answered: ‘Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?” John 14:9. In every scientific research in human history, you cannot prove a theory without a traceable origin. For example, we cannot scientifically trace the origin of a new life on earth beyond the point of male and female unification. The fact that the world cannot trace the origin of God makes such scientific theories regarding Jesus Christ less reliable than a fairy tale. Biblic...

Introduction An easier childhood? There is a deep-seated river that contrarily runs through most American parenting. The belief that “my children” should have it easier than we, as parents, had it — when we were growing up. That is the worst mantra of parents! Spoiling your kids is the worst curse you can bestow upon your kids and yourself. It will come back to haunt you. Over and over and over. And then it will be too late. An old adage. Well, maybe we’ve grown up a little and are now more accomplished at avoiding corporeal punishment, except in the most egregious situations. But we continue to spoil them in other ways. Excess money. Excess toys. Excess time on their hands with nothing constructive to do. Excess trivia in their lives....
