I wrote this book to support our fundraising. I wanted to have something original to give back to donors. Another reason was, that our volunteers enjoyed our food and wanted to know, how to cook it. Put with 1/2 cup of water into a blender and belnd until you get a green juice. Take a big glass and add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, the basil juice and some lime juice.
