This book was developed from a paper I wrote for Russian and Baltic country psychologists. They had come to Italy to the Institute in Ascoli Piceno, which is a member of the Sophia University of Rome, to participate in a seminar on Sophia- Art and Cosmo-Art. This could be mild frustration at not getting what we want, when we want it, such as standing in a long queue at the supermarket or experiencing a computer crash just as we have completed a long email.
