Los accidentes de tráfico arrojan cifras de fallecidos y heridos que suponen un auténtico balance de guerra. El presente trabajo pretende encuadrar una proporcionalidad entre la cifra de habitantes, el censo de vehículos con los resultados de accidentes, poniendo como modelo la Ciudad de Murcia, en la cual hay censados 1.467.000 mil habitantes, con un parque móvil de unos 981.500 vehículos censados. Dado que esta cifra guarda una proporcionalidad significativa para el análisis de accidentes con resultado de fallecidos, en especial dada la evolución que ha sufrido en el pasado año 2.016, extrapolando las cifras a su nivel nacional. Este artículo analiza desde la criminología cualitativa la relación individuo-ambiente social en el caso de un joven interno por Delitos Contra la Salud en un Centro para Adolescentes en conflicto con la Ley de Sonora, México. Como parte de una investigación realizada en dicho centro se entrevistó a Rodrigo, a quien por cuestiones de seguridad y éticas llamaremos así, quien estuvo por más de un año en el Centro Intermedio de Hermosillo. Era narcomenudista, en su casa montó su propio “tiradero”, fue detenido cuando llevaba más de tres años en el “negocio”, el cual prosperaba hasta el momento de su detención. Desde su voz y relato es posible detectar factores individuales y sociales que permiten entender su delincuencia. El artículo expone la necesidad e importancia del trabajo criminológico en la empresa para prevenir y reducir la presencia e influencia de factores criminógenos, con la finalidad de evitar la asunción de responsabilidad administrativa y criminal en la comisión de ilícitos penales en general y, en particular, de los delitos de transnacional, lavado de activos, minería ilegal, crimen organizado y colaboración con cohecho activo el terrorismo, a que se refiere la Ley N° 30424, modificada por el Decreto Legislativo N° 1352.
