Sometimes, Life Sucks! is a book that starts by telling my own story of how I was raised in a loving Christian family but I hated religion and most church meetings. Then at age 23 I saw things differently and became a committed Christian. The book examines two issues - sex before marriage and alcohol, that were taboo for Christians and why it made me see initially see religion as boring rules dominated lifestyle. Then the book discusses the meaning of life and outlines the reasons for the Christian faith what it means to be a genuine follower of Jesus Christ.

Now and then we all think that sometimes, life sucks! In our high stress world ‘free time’ for your mind is hard to find. If it’s not work, family hassles, social issues, overdue bills, or relationships, something is always on your mind. Unfortunately, it’s not always joyful and pleasant. You may be stressed out by past issues, present issues and potential issues. But there's a ‘secret’ to finding real peace and meaning in life even during turmoil. This book reveals how but the ‘solution’ may rattle your worldview! You are the product of your own decisions, but other people’s influences also impact you. Unfortunately, you often have no control over them. Imagine how different your life would be if you had made better decisions. Or, if that 'particular' person or experience had never entered your life. In the first chapters we’ll examine issues that make you think that sometimes, life sucks. A young lady delights in finding the man of her dreams. But another weeps bitterly as her man leaves for better company.
