Summary
I struggled with life in the first half of the insidious way in which I destined fate. I had to provide in-exile camp and to survive, work from various: from mature painter, construction laborer, translator, guide, to engineer and university professor. These pages include notes scattered newspapers, caught on the fly, reflecting the specific differences between cultures, languages and peoples - and transcribed, including drops, the plane, on the dashboard, the steering wheel, a Honeywell break or evening, when I come back tired from work. A kind of tips and impressions for amateurs. Not grouped by themes, but the form of a journal to complement the highly successful volume "America devil's paradise", which has seen four editions in a short period (1992 Spring, 1992 Fall, 1994, 1999) . Cuvânt înainte M-am luptat cu viaţa în prima jumătate a drumului insidios pe care mi l-a hărăzit soarta. A trebuit să prestez, în lagăr cât şi-n exil, pentru a supravieţui, munci din cele mai diverse: de la măturător, zugrav, muncitor necalificat în construcţii, traducător, ghid, până la inginer şi profesor universitar. Paginile acestea cuprind însemnări răzleţe, cotidiene, prinse din mers, reflectând diferenţe specifice între culturi, limbi sau popoare - şi transcrise, printre picături, în avion, pe bordul maşinii, la volan, într-o pauză la Honeywell, ori seara, când mă-ntorceam istovit de la lucru. Un fel de sfaturi şi impresii pentru amatori.
