Palak paneer (pronounced ) is a vegetarian Indian dish [1] consisting of spinach, tomato gravy sauce and paneer in a thick paste made from puréed spinach and seasoned with garlic, garam masala, and other spices.[2]

Palak paneer is one type of saag, which can also be made with spinach leaves. Palak paneer may be somewhat more watery than saag paneer.[3]
