Los Medanos (from Spanish: Los Médanos or Médaños: The Sand Dunes[2]) is an unincorporated community in Contra Costa County, California. It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 2.5 miles (4 km) west of downtown Antioch,[3] at an elevation of 39 feet (12 m).
