Description
Post-Gaddis, close third-person tragicomedy; linear storytelling, mise-en-scene not overexpansive.

Summary
A white Rasta-Wahhabi prison convert attempts to build a dirty bomb, to set off in the heart of his native city, enlisting the aid of a frustrated foster-kid accomplice, who is finishing high school quite against the odds, both of them risking every meager thing they have built for themselves against violent fantasy; meanwhile, rookie cops all around the Philadelphia tri-state area seem to spy, illegally and off the clock, in organized fashion, on illegal immigrants, in sanctuary cities, and sell them out, but to whom? and for what? Watch the flag fray in this Philly farce.
